Jen Grinter

Jen began her conscious path in late 1985 at the end of her service in the NZ Police Force. Her path took her to undertaking many years of study and participation with various teachers and organisations dedicated to Mindfulness, Meditation and Conscious Evolution. Including; Self Transformation Seminars(NZ), The Siddha Yoga Foundation(AUS), The Spiritualist Church(AUS) and Wisdom University(FRANCE).
In 1991 she established her own business with the desire to bring a 'down to earth' approach to the new age movement and began developing and teaching her own Meditation and Self Development Programmes. Since then she has successfully taught these programmes and methods to 100's of people in private groups, in-house groups as well as to students of Melbourne and Swinburne Universities.
She holds qualifications in Kinesiology, Touch for Health, Remedial Massage and Thought Field Therapy and has undertaken training in Team Management, Mediation, Presentation Skills and Astrology. She is also a Funeral and Civil Celebrant.
Jen is passionate about creating environments and ways that allow people to discover their own unique path in life.
She naturally provides safe, creative and inclusive platforms in which people can explore.
