Weekly Meditation Groups
Monday Mornings 10am - 11am
Tuesday Evenings 7pm - 8pm
Lead by Jen Grinter. Jen began consciously meditating in the mid eighties and over the years has studied with many teachers and organizations dedicated to meditation and conscious evolution. She brings a fresh down to earth approach to this ancient art.
Jen will explore different philosophies and forms of meditation and conscious relaxation. No ‘one’ way will be adhered to, you will be encouraged towards ‘your’ way.
Sessions will offer a teaching on a chakra or method accompanied by a relevant meditation. The chakra to be worked on will be intuitively chosen by Jen on the day. There will be time for questions and discussion.
Sessions will run for approx. 60 minutes and are of a casual basis. Open to all levels...beginners to gurus.
