Imaginal House presents a six week series of teachings on Relaxation, Mindfulness & Meditation.

A variety of techniques will be experienced over the six weeks, offering you simple skills to enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Particularly geared towards the beginner however even the most seasoned meditator will gain valuable insights into their practice.


This is also offered as a Corporate Inhouse Program with varied delivery options to suit your needs.
